The Live4Betty campaign started after my niece “Bethany Holguin” was hit and killed by a car that was illegally street racing on a residential street on May 11, 2019. Bethany was tragically taken away from us way too soon. Our whole families lives have been affected by Bethany’s passing especially her 6 year old daughters who has been left to grow up without her mother. The purpose of the Live4Betty campaign is to keep Bethany’s memory alive while raising awareness about the dangers of illegal street racing and the life changing consequences. All donations to the nonprofit organization “Street Racing Kills” will be awarded to Bethany’s daughter.
